Return Policy stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that are eager to shop with us again and who tell their friends about We are confident you will enjoy using all products purchased through In the unlikely event you are not satisfied please follow these simple steps below.

Damaged or Defective items:

If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping or was defective out of the box, save the shipping carton and please contact via our Customer Contact Form.  All claims for damaged goods in shipping must be made with the carrier within 10 days (check FEDEX policy) of the invoice date. If you return items damaged in shipping to without first contacting us you may lose your right to make a claim with the carrier.


If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us via the Customer Contact Form to request a replacement and return authorization number. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online return policy (and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Customer will pay all shipping charges.
Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our return center. You can view completed returns and refunds by logging in and accessing your order summary.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of purchase for a full refund. may accept returns provided:
  • The item being returned is new and unused
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase
  • The item is returned to online Return Center
  • The item has a corresponding Return Authorization (RA number) affixed to returned package
All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund.

If you should need to return an item contact by phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or PayPal account. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your account.

The following products may NOT be returned:
  • Clearance items (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Special or Custom orders
  • Demo items
  • Used merchandise
  • Open Videos, and DVDs
  • Items not purchased at
