We are confident you will enjoy using all products purchased through CGCGolfShop.com. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied please follow these simple steps below.
Damaged or Defective items:
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping or was defective out of the box save the shipping carton and please contact CGCGolfShop.com via our
Customer Contact Form.
All claims for damaged goods in shipping must be made with the carrier within 10 days (check UPS policy) of the invoice date. If you return items damaged in shipping to CGCGolfShop.com without first contacting us you may lose your right to make a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us via the
Customer Contact Form to request a replacement and return authorization number. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online return policy (and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Customer will pay all shipping charges.
Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our return center. You can view completed returns and refunds by logging in and accessing your order summary.
Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of purchase for a full refund. CGCGolfShop.com may accept returns provided:

The item being returned is new and unused

The item is in its original packaging

The item is accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase

The item is returned to CGCGolfShop.com online Return Center

The item has a corresponding Return Authorization (RA number) affixed to returned package
All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item (s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Merchandise returned C.O.D will not be accepted.
When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund.
If you should need to return an item contact CGCGolfShop.com by
phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your account.

Warranty Claims:
Most products sold by CGCGolfShop.com carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their web sites. Should you have a problem with any item covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer’s direct. CGCGolfShop.com will be unable to process any warranty claims.
Shortages:
All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor. Depending on the type of product ordered, some orders may ship in multiple cartons and may arrive in separate cartons on a different day. Before contacting CGCGolfShop.com to report a shortage, please check your packing slip to verify what was shipped on the order you received. Please note that all claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Contact a CGCGolfShop.com staff member immediately for assistance in reporting a shortage.
